1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to BeastAI / beastgenerator.xyz (“BeastAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and covers information processed through our website, generator interfaces, APIs used by our own frontends, and related community features we operate.

This policy does not cover third-party sites or services you may access through links (including payment processors and infrastructure providers), which are governed by their own privacy policies.

2. Who We Are

BeastAI / beastgenerator.xyz is operated from the USA. We provide an AI-based image generation service intended for adults.

We keep our privacy approach practical: collect the minimum needed to run the service and protect the platform from abuse.

3. Summary

  • No ads. We do not run advertising pixels for targeted marketing.
  • No selling. We do not sell personal information.
  • Minimal logging. We store logs for security and abuse prevention (generally up to 60 days).
  • Violation-only prompt logging. Prompt text is logged only when a prompt triggers a Terms violation event.
  • Long-term enforcement history. Warning points/strikes may remain on your profile for the life of the account.
  • Payments via Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Support tickets only. The only way to reach us is by creating a ticket at support.beastai.net.
For related safety/takedown topics, see our Policies page: Takedown, Consent, Safety, DMCA.

4. Definitions

These definitions are included to keep the policy clear and reduce misunderstandings:

  • Account Data means information tied to a registered user account (e.g., username, premium status, tokens, enforcement flags).
  • Usage Data means technical signals used to operate and secure the service (e.g., IP address, user agent, timestamps).
  • Violation Event means a prompt or action that triggers a Terms rule, filter, or safety block.
  • Violation Logs means a record created after a Violation Event (e.g., triggered rule/keyword, timestamp, and sometimes prompt text).
  • Service Providers means third parties that help us run the platform (e.g., infrastructure, payments, and security).

5. What We Collect

5.1 Information you provide

  • Username and any account identifiers we generate internally to operate your account.
  • Support communications you submit via our support portal (only what you choose to share).

5.2 Technical and usage information

When you access the site or make requests, our systems may record technical signals needed to deliver the service and protect it:

  • IP Address (security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, rate limiting).
  • Device / browser information (user agent, basic device signals) to help detect automation and duplicate account abuse.
  • Session identifiers to keep you logged in and protect your account.
  • Timestamps and request metadata (e.g., page hits, API request timing) for performance and security monitoring.

5.3 Content & prompt handling

BeastAI processes your prompts to generate outputs. We aim to minimize storage of prompt text:

  • Prompts are not stored by default.
  • Prompts may be logged only on violations (see Section 11) to enforce rules and prevent repeat abuse.
Important: Some metadata is necessary to deliver outputs back to you (for example, associating a generated image with your session/account). This is operational data — not advertising.

6. Where Data Comes From

  • Directly from you (account creation, generation requests, support tickets).
  • Automatically from your device/browser (IP address, user agent, session info).
  • From Service Providers in limited form (e.g., Stripe transaction status, Cloudflare security events).

7. Why We Collect Data

We collect and use information only for purposes related to operating the service and keeping it safe:

7.1 Provide and operate the service

  • Authenticate users and maintain sessions.
  • Process generation requests and deliver outputs back to the requesting user.
  • Maintain basic account features (premium status, tokens, rate limits, feature access).

7.2 Safety, security, and abuse prevention

  • Detect suspicious activity and automated abuse.
  • Limit spam, brute-force login attempts, and denial-of-service patterns.
  • Enforce Terms and prevent repeated policy violations.

7.3 Service improvement

  • Debugging errors and stability issues (e.g., server exceptions).
  • Performance tuning (e.g., queue times, request throughput).
We do not use your data for targeted advertising and we do not sell personal information.

8. Cookies & Session Data

BeastAI uses essential cookies/session storage to operate account login and site functionality. These are not advertising cookies.

  • Session cookies help keep you logged in securely.
  • Security cookies may be used to reduce fraud and protect accounts.
  • Preference storage (optional) may remember UI settings if enabled on the site.

Note: You can often control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent the service from functioning properly.

9. Service Providers

We use third-party providers to run key parts of the platform. These providers may process limited data as needed to provide their services:

  • Cloudflare — security, DDoS protection, and performance/CDN.
  • Stripe — payment processing. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
  • Vast.ai — GPU compute infrastructure used to generate outputs.
Service Providers operate under their own policies and agreements. We only share what is necessary to provide the service and keep it secure.

10. Sharing & Disclosure

10.1 We do not sell personal data

We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10.2 When we may disclose information

We may disclose limited information in the following situations:

  • To Service Providers (Cloudflare, Stripe, Vast.ai) as needed to operate the platform.
  • For legal reasons if required by valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • To prevent harm where we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, or security threats.

10.3 Community content

If you post content publicly through community features, it may be visible to other users. Do not post personal information you don’t want shared.

11. Safety, Moderation & Violation Logging

BeastAI is an adult platform with strict rules. We maintain filters and safety checks to prevent illegal, harmful, or prohibited content attempts.

11.1 What triggers violation logging

We may create Violation Logs when a prompt triggers blocked keywords, prohibited categories, or behavior that appears to violate our Terms.

11.2 What may be included in a Violation Log

  • Username / account identifier
  • Timestamp
  • Triggered rule / keyword
  • IP address and basic device/user-agent signals
  • Prompt text (only when needed to document the violation event)

11.3 Account enforcement history

We may store warning points/strikes on an account profile long-term to enforce repeat-violation rules.

Attempting prohibited content may lead to warnings, bans, and/or reporting when required by law. Please review the Terms for full rules.

12. Payments, Refunds & Billing Notes

Payments are processed through Stripe. We receive limited payment-related signals such as transaction status, subscription status, and identifiers needed to link payment to an account. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

12.1 No refund policy

BeastAI generally operates under a no-refund policy. Specific billing rules and refund rules are defined in the Terms of Service.

12.2 Cancellation

Cancellation requests are handled through our support portal. Create a ticket at support.beastai.net and include your username and any relevant billing details.

Only share what is necessary (for example, your username and a transaction/subscription identifier). Do not paste full card details.

13. Retention

13.1 Standard logs

  • Security/abuse logs (IP, device/user-agent, timestamps): retained up to 60 days.
  • Operational logs (error/debug logs used to keep the service working): retained up to 60 days.

13.2 Violation logs

  • Violation logs (flagged prompts + triggered keywords/rules): retained up to 60 days.

13.3 Enforcement history

  • Warning points/strikes: retained for the life of the account to prevent repeat abuse.

Retention periods may be extended if necessary for security investigations, legal compliance, or to resolve disputes, but we aim to keep retention minimal.

14. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information stored on our web server and in our databases. Security practices may include:

  • Access controls limiting who can view logs and account data.
  • Rate limiting and abuse protections at the network edge (e.g., Cloudflare).
  • Monitoring for suspicious access patterns.
  • Regular updates and maintenance to reduce vulnerabilities.
No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and using a secure device/browser.

15. Your Choices & Requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of certain account data. We handle requests manually through our support portal.

15.1 What we can typically help with

  • Confirming what basic account data we have (e.g., username, status flags).
  • Correcting obvious account errors.
  • Providing high-level info about logged violations (when appropriate).

15.2 Limits

  • We may need to retain certain data for security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
  • Enforcement history (warning points/strikes) may remain to protect the platform.

16. Account Deletion

Account deletion is currently manual. There is no automatic self-service deletion feature at this time.

If you want your account deleted, create a support ticket at support.beastai.net and include your username.

Note: Some information may need to be retained for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

17. International Users

BeastAI is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other locations where our Service Providers operate.

18. Children / 18+

BeastAI is intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such data was collected, we will delete it where feasible and appropriate.

19. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy over time. Updates become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.

20. Contact

The only way to reach us is by creating a support ticket at support.beastai.net and including as much detail as you can.

Tip: Include your username and the site domain (if you use multiple sites) so we can locate the correct account faster.
